"I have to be honest I was a bit terrified to come the week of Christmas to the outlets because I’m just not a crowd person and try not to be a last minute shopper, but I had ordered some shoes online and they were just off a bit in size so I decided to make a run right at opening today to see what I could possibly exchange etc. I was pleased to see the parking lot wasn’t yet as bad as I’d expected and I was able to get in pretty quick to the store. Service was great immediately and I was told to just hold on to my shoes until I either find what I’d like to switch them out with or if anything I could return them. I was pretty bummed at first because I really love the ones I purchased online, but they felt a little too snug. I unfortunately didn’t see anything remotely similar in the store. As I was sitting trying on a few different shoes another associate walked up and we chatted for a few minutes. I told him my dilemma and he offered to scan my shoes to see what else we may be able to do. To my surprise they had another half size to a size up online and I was able to do a straight exchange and the shoes will come right to my house. Service at the counter was wonderful and it couldn’t have went better. The store was clean and organized. Every employee I interacted with both greeted and offered help where they could. Prices were fair for the quality and they had some great sales going for the holidays."
