"Purchased a product online and went to go pick it up. It was expensive and i drove far to go pick it up since they were quickly out of stock everywhere else. I showed up there and they told me they would go and get it for me. Waited a long time just for them to tell me only half of the product was there. Had to cancel the order because i’m not paying for half a product. I don’t understand why they would process the order if they know they don’t fully have the product. Wasted my time!!"
"Well this place certainly lives up to its name! My family and I go here frequently for various sports items. One day I decided to walk around the store with my daughter who is 3 (and well-behaved) while we waited for my son and husband to look at baseball gear. During this time we were followed by the manager, who came up to us and very directly asked what we were there for. I said politely we were just looking, and he proceeded to “be busy” in the aisles behind us. Then when we moved areas, he peeked out of the aisle towards the back just enough to watch us and hope we didn’t see him. We made sure to leave without buying our intended products (which would have been over $100), and we just bought them directly from the original company online instead. We will likely be avoiding this place and will make our lives easier shopping online. Retail stores like this are walking a thin line staying relevant, especially if they make customers feel that way."
"Didn't have one of the things I was looking for. To be fair, the store employee explained why they wouldn't have that item and referred me to another store. For that, the+1. The severe downgrade for this store was in the shoe department. Many people waiting. One guy said that someone would be right with us. 10 minutes later and not one employee was visible. I left."
