"This is a fantastic place for the whole family to learn martial arts. Our children have been going here for many years (eight or nine years) and my wife and I have begun taking classes as well. The school teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as Karate among other martial arts, but I would say they teach Self-defense, discipline, confidence and how to be a good person and member of society. It isn’t just about learning to punch, kick, throw, hurt or disable an attacker; it is about learning methods to first avoid doing that to an opponent unless you have to. The staff are a great group of people that treat you like family. I highly recommend that you check them out; It has been a wonderful experience for our family."

"My daughters have been going to Horizon for 2 yrs now and we love it. Mr. Bailey makes the classes fun while emphasizing respect and responsibility. My girls love their classes and I love watching them grow confident in their abilities. On the practical side, I love the flexibility of the membership style classes. Each class is offered 4 times a week and students can go to any (or all) of them. It's nice to know that if Monday doesn't work this week, we can just go on Wednesday."

"I really enjoy training at Horizon Martial Arts. From day one I have been treated like family from the staff and my teammates, always greeted with hugs and smiles. "My son Has been attending jujitsu classes at horizons for a little under a year. The changes in his selfconfidence, work ethic and his respect for others have been amazing!
