"I had an advising meeting with Maile Canlas the nursing advisor today. Got laughed at in my face, she insulted my mother after I had gotten off the phone with her and continued to be super rude and unprofessional. I have had nonstop problems with PVCC and Maile. I definitely do not recommend this college to anybody. Prepare to be behind academically and get laughed at if you attend PVCC. Genuinely the worst academic institution I have ever attended."
"Update Finally got the diploma after numerous requests, and pleading. *** My daughter graduated in Dec 2022 with honors in CEP program for Nursing. She has yet to receive her diploma. She has called numerous times thruout 2023. She has received several replies, they are sending it next month, they are sending it with the next graduating class, we are going to reprint it, the graduation guys not there. We went in person on Monday this week and was told the graduation guys not here again, but they would take your name and number and give it to him when he returns tomorrow and he will contact you. Still waiting it's been 4 days. Also all of her classmates that's she asked have all NOT received there diplomas as well. What is the problem? Why can't you get this under control and send out the diplomas ? Unbelievable its October, how long does it take ? ASU that she attended simultaneously, had there's delivered via mail almost immediately after graduating."
"I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal on this property when I'm delivering food to your employees. Don't let your employees order food delivery if the staff is going to treat the driver's disrespectful and rude. I will not be back to this property. Any orders I get will be returned back to the restaurant."
"Great college and campus! Our youngest son attended PVCC, then transferred 64 credits earned to ASU toward his B.S degree. Tuition at PVCC is reasonable and in our experience, credits are easily transferred. We enjoy seeing shows at PVCC. Most recently we attended An Evening of Latin Music and Dance at the CPA Mainstage Theater. Excellent show and it was free to attend!"
"I've only experienced the outdoor recreational areas. Enjoy well lit tennis and basketball courts, and a cushioned quarter mile track. Clean and good quality all around. Also, every time, I have seen either a campus security guard or a police officer patrolling. Feels safe even at night. The rest of the campus looks modern and well landscaped but I haven't attended as a student."
