"Overall great company. Above and beyond was contracted with our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale for all maintenance on the machines. Once the pandemic started I ordered home fitness equipment that I had Above and beyond fitness and repair do the install for me. Very professional and timely! Have had no issues with any of my equipment!"
"Horrible. No idea what happened but we had a technician come out at first to repair our treadmill with a part that was sent to us from the manufacture of the machine. He said it was the wrong part and to give him a call back when we got the correct part in. So we ended up getting the part that the technician recommended us. He told us again to give him a call to come back and fix it. This time no answer, we kept calling, even called the store and left voice messages to see if anyone was willing to help and no one has returned our calls. Still with a non working treadmill for 5 months."
