"Don't come here with Nordstrom store returns unless want to be accused of shoplifting by Ebonique H. Tried to return new with tags Nordstrom sweater as was a gift. She wouldn't do anything even though new with tags & had the barcode needed for proof of purchase except to imply I came in, stole it off the floor & tried to return without purchasing it. Sweater was in a shopping bag when walked in the store, had Nordstrom tags, not Rack tags, & didn't even bother to scan barcode to see the purchase details! Drove to Nordstrom in Scottsdale this weekend & return was done in 2 MINUTES by scanning sweaters tags barcode! Save yourself the worst customer service & skip this Rack & head to Nordstrom Scottsdale instead."
"The selection was great, and the prices were great on the blue jeans I was looking for. Which is the norm for this location. However, the whole time I was there, there was at least 10 people in line. The way to check out was about 20 minutes. It was around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Just something to keep in mind."
"I found a necklace set that was missing the third necklace. I asked the cashier if she could reduce the price, so she called over a manager. The manager told me exactly where to go to buy a full set instead of making the sale here for a full priced set that was missing a necklace. It felt like, a nonchalant “f you” and the guy didn’t even look me in the eye when he said it. That was handled terribly and I left without buying anything."
"If you could imagine, I visited this location on Black Friday. There were a lot of people in the store, but even with everyone there, the items were still very organized. It was a little difficult to get through due to the amount of stock that filled the aisles but not impossible. After collecting my items, the line to purchase them was long. However, it moved very quickly. Every register was open, and the staff was very friendly and worked efficiently. I was very impressed with the associates working. For a Black Friday shopping experience, this was one of the more pleasant ones."
