"The lady at this location is like a loud speaker, she was disrespectful to when we went to return clothes today. The Ross return policy doesn't explicitly say anything about the tag for the clothes we returned, but this lady said you must have tag attached in a loud speaker voice. The return is part of the shopping so don't be disrespectful to your customers who come to return anything. Good selection of clothes and other items at a lower price. I find it disgusting when I see the clothes trashed on the floor and no one clears them."
"Not a bad experience overall. This location has a stocking issue. There were noticeable empty shelves and low stock. The location was tidy though. The employees were very friendly and efficient! This location was hiring, so this could be why this location had stock issues. I would still recommend this location to anyone who loves a great bargain!"
