"This review is specifically for Braden. My original visit was about 2 weeks earlier to buy 3 pairs of jeans. Unfortunately, they were out of my size. I then tried to order them from Buckle online, but the warehouse back east sent ALL 3 pairs incorrectly and the phone support person was less than helpful. I went back to the store and Braden actually remembered me (even though I didn't make a purchase previously). I explained what happened and he took probably 20 minutes of his time making sure I got exactly what I needed as far as fit and style. Most associates (in general) probably would have been like "here's what we have, let us know if we can help". Braden acted more like a concierge and felt like a friend. Thank you so much :) Just adding to this for another great experience. This time it was a young man named Hunter. He went above and beyond to help me find great fitting jeans. Thanks :)"
