"Purchased a wool long sleeved shirt here. Wore it maybe 5 times and it is COVERED in holes after washing it the last 2 times. I followed the care instructions. Absolutely horrible quality, and this was not a cheap shirt! On top of that, the customer service here is horrible. Employees never greet you when you enter and they always look disgruntled/inconvenienced when you come in. Take your business elsewhere."

"Clean, crisp looking shop and a well groomed and sharp looking staff, but not very outgoing. My wife and I were there for 20 minutes, no a single person greeted us or offered to help. I get it, most people like to be left alone, but it's amazing what happens with a friendly retail salesperson is on the floor. Sometimes you buy things you didn't intend to."
