This dude completely flips the script on what I thought I was there for. He's not just handing me what I asked for; he's on point, showing me I could use some OEM quality brake parts too. Before I know it, I've spent over $600 on premium parts for my truck, which I was going to go to FORD for. Robert knows his stuff inside and out. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my truck. We're talking checking each part, making sure it fits like a glove. It felt more like shooting the breeze with a buddy than parts buying He even made sure I didn't forget the small but crucial stuff—like brake cleaner, wire wheel, grease and gloves. "It took them five days to fill an order with no updates other than when it was filled, but the location was clean, staff was courteous, and nothing was missing from the order."
"Needed a battery. NAPA was the only place that would delivery in-stock batteries quickly! I ordered after hours and received the battery first thing in the morning on a Saturday! The store even called to respond to my order question! They quickly delivered my battery, lifted into my car for me, and took my old core! I had my new battery in in 15 min. My only suggestion is it would be nice to have installation services for a battery at your location. I'd pay an additional $25 for it."
