Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Paradise Valley

"I am somewhat demanding and at first I was not that pleased with my granddaughter's progress at Aqua-Tots (she is 5). I expressed my concerns to Jacob and Grace who manage the facility and they were great. Both are very professional, personable, and receptive to criticism. I can't say enough about how client-oriented they are. We have been coming for about 6 months now and I am very impressed with the program. It is very structured and the coaches are excellent. It's not just about getting your child pool safe, which was what I wanted and they do, it's about actually teaching swimming. The advanced kids are amazing! They know all the strokes and swim beautifully. I plan to keep my granddaughter in the program and bring my grandson back this summer."

"I wanted my son to learn how to swim and enjoy it, so I found Aqua-tots Paradise Valley on Google. I really appreciate the coaches here, especially Coach Grace. I'm sure she knows every swimmer and most of the parents that bring their kids here. As a former swim instructor, I do have expectations about my son's progress and they have listened to my feedback on more than one occasion with sincerity. I do think the update to the Aqua-tots app has been the most useful on the parent's side as it has been a breeze to cancel and book make-up lessons. My one critique is that I would like if there was a way in the app to message the coaches directly regarding the feedback they get or if a make-up coach taught my son something new, that information can be passed to his regular coach."

"Aqua-Tots Paradise Valley has a great pool set up and is a great environment for kids! My 2 year old daughter high fives Ollie the Otter every time we arrive for her weekly lesson. The front desk staff and coaches are patient and friendly. I love the lessons and how they are geared towards pool safety. After each lesson the coach gives positive and constructive feedback. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots Paradise Valley!"

"We have been bringing our three boys to Aqua-Tots beginning with our oldest in 2012 and our youngest who started lessons this year. Their swim system and techniques used for teaching the kids are efficient, effective and fun! All the coaches we’ve had are friendly and energetic with the kids and really seem to love working there. My 4 year old is always asking to go to swim class to see Coach Kam and literally runs into the swim school cheering that it’s time to swim. He has learned so much in a short time. Aqua-tots has given all my kids confidence and the ability to be water safe. Can’t say enough good things about them!"
