"This is a very poorly run institution. When you call their number, it always goes straight to voicemail and when you leave messages they do not call you back. I was so insistent on getting tutoring that I contacted several times and finally received a reply which did not even answer my initial question. I had to email 3 times to follow up on non-responses. There are better choices in the Valley if you are looking for language tutoring. This place was a total disappointment."
