"These guys are not honest. I was desperate for a replacement power washer pump. “Bill” dragged out a greasy filthy used pump he claimed it was tested. No returns, no refund. $100. After spending an hour to sand the rust off the shaft and degrease, It was junk. No pressure. I then fund a new after market pump for $89. Never again."

"Overall my purchase went smoothly this score is mainly for the poor experience when returning the key. I was due to return the key at or before 10pm. I parked the truck and paid for my service about 8:30 pm. As I went to go return the key to the orange box I noticed there wasn't a slit to drop the keys in. Also to add..the box was locked with a pad lock that uses a code. Nowhere did the associate give me a heads up that there's NOWHERE to leave the key. Not realizing when the office closes they also lock the return key box......after spending 15mins looking for instructions regarding the code...I called the service number and spoke with Brenda who directed me to leave the key in the truck. This experience may seem minute for some but for me it could have been prevented."
