"WHERE IS THE SHORTS SECTION?! I went around the WHOLE store and there was no shorts (for women) in SIGHT. There was a CUTE sweater that I wanted there but I didn’t take it because it was EXPENSIVE for a THRIFT store. Original price was $32 but it was being sold for $27!!! Only a $5 difference!"

"I am absolutely disgusted by the price gouging of thrift shops lately. These are DONATIONS. To top it all off you accuse customers who DONATE to make you a profit, of stealing?! I will never understand how you can treat the people like such dirt that made your wealth through their donations by false accusations and price gouging. Do better. Was looking through some books yesterday's morning and decided that the DONATED items were not worth the high price, returned them to shelf. Proceeded to exit the store to hear someone say to me” are you going to pay for those” “ I turn around and said “pay for what?” The guy clearly does not value his life to even attempt to accuse me of shoplifting donations that are less than the price of his one hours of pay. Really embarrassing on your part and that man who has obviously no understanding of how savers is exploiting him to risk his life to accuse a customer of shoplifting DONATED children’s books for 3 dollars. What an absolute disgrace. I would rather see people donate to actual charities that would give these DONATIONS to people who need them or to a company that actually treats their customers who make the company possible with some respect. And to that guy who risked his life to follow me because he thought I took two books that again were DONATED and worth less than 3 dollars, you should value your life more. If I was planning on doing retail theft it wouldn’t be for children’s books that are DONATED and OVERPRICED from savers. You all are awful. Do better"

"Bought a jewelery jar, was told there were items that didn't sell or tangled. I looked around and didn't seemed bad. I open it at home and got nothing but garbage, broken items, not even a single pair of earrings. Plastics stuff even garbage. Called to see if it can be returned for something else. It was 60dlls. They said no. Please make sure you put no refunds on your counters because only came to find that info on the receipt. Misleading people is not right"

"The prices are truly out of control. I love this location, they have great items but they are really reaching with what they are charging. This isn’t Scottsdale. The employees are always extremely nice but the way this business is set up it’s completely self serve. No bathrooms, no dressing rooms, and you check yourself out. Savers needs to do better. Many locations have closed throughout the valley and I’m seeing more and more items just sit there week after week. If items were moderately priced they would move faster."

"During my time living in Utah, I frequented various Savers locations. Unfortunately, many of the branches I visited in the state were marked by disorganization, seemingly overwhelmed by the high influx of visitors. However, my experience at this particular location stood out as truly exceptional. Stepping inside felt akin to entering a meticulously maintained, brand-new thrift store. The attention to detail was astounding, with each aisle and section thoughtfully arranged. From perfectly aligned rows of toys to action figures standing proudly and toy cars forming neat lines reminiscent of a parking lot, the overall presentation was a testament to the remarkable efforts of the store manager. During our visit, we found ourselves making several purchases. Nevertheless, I did take note of the prices, which appeared to be slightly higher than anticipated. While the overall experience was highly positive, I believe there's an opportunity for improvement in the pricing structure. Given that customers largely engage in the process themselves—searching for items, taking on the uncertainty of product quality when purchasing items, and even checking themselves out—reconsidering the pricing to reflect the thrift store nature of the establishment would be beneficial. It's important to remember that the items available are all donated, and the inventory includes various used items, with clothing occupying a significant portion. If the prices were adjusted to better reflect these considerations, it would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience. As someone who values the thrift store concept, I would be more than willing to raise my rating and appreciation if the pricing aligned more closely with the nature of the items being sold."
