"I came to this discount tire on Saturday march 2 2024 to change two of my car tires and immediately a day after one of the newly changed tires had it’s hub cap lost, I neither go to any unknown/new place in one day nor I mishandled it. This happened completely due to poor service offered by the technicians at discount tire, would not recommend them again."

"If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place has the best customer service I have ever received. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and patient. They take the time to explain to you everything that is going on with your vehicle and they are transparent with it all. Daniel assisted me during my last visit, and he was so kind and patient and was able to save my tire. I recently moved to another part of town, but I will prioritize taking it to this location, simply for how well they handled my situation. 10/10 would recommend!"
