"Scheduled and paid for parts on September 8th. Dropped off my side by side to get new front Brake lines, oil change, new head studs, and an intake plenum installed to run e85 on sept 22th. Originally the work was only supposed to take a week to complete, but was delayed due to backordered parts, then lost parts, then shifts in schedules, then sick mechanics. Finally got to pick it up fully completed on December 15th. Almost 2 1/2 months to complete work that was originally supposed to take a week. Pick up the car and the new tunes weren't loaded onto the tuner where i had to contact Evo Powersports to get them downloaded. I had to continually call to find out updates on my car, whenever something happened that would delay it they weren't the ones reaching out. While i cant complain about the quality of work that comes out of Jeffries their scheduling and communication to customers could really use some work."

"Alex told me my car would be done on March 27th. I was told he would call me with any updates. The 29th came around and he said he would get to it friday the 31st. That was after I had to call. Monday the 3rd came around. I had to call once again. Alex said it would be done Thursday the 6th. Got to JP at 4:45 to pick it up on Thursday. And they had issues and wasn't able to get the tune to load. Alex said it would then be done on Friday morning. And he will call me first thing in the morning. Never did. I had to call, and Alex is off today. On top of that the shift tek they put on looks used/scuffed up Didnt replace the broken waste gate actuator. But they set the crack pressure with the hose clamp still on the waste gate. The communication was horrible. Would not recommend JP to anyone"
