"These jerks lock up the toothpaste. The toothpaste! I had to wait five minutes for someone to come unlock the toothpaste. I’ve had a Target Card since 1997. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Target in the last nearly 30 years. I’m never going back. That was an insulting shopping experience."

"Im really done with Target as of today. You can only get savings if you download their app on your phone- no red savings cards for me today after my over $50 household cleaning purchase (which is advertised all over the shelves). I returned it all immediately after checkout. The manager did not offer relief. This greedy and prejudicial practice is commonplace in the U.S., but not in Europe. You should just offer people the best prices without all these games. People would love it."

"First of all, my wife and I do not appreciate going in to target to get something for dinner (frozen pizzas)(valentines candy for employees) and to be followed around by your theft department! He was incredibly close and made the shopping experience uncomfortable. And I’m not quite sure what was trying to be implied by him following us so intently. Now, to your checkout person at the self checkout, I believe her name was justice or something of the sort. I cannot believe that you hire people as rude as her and think that it’s ok to treat customers the way she did by grabbing the paper box that I had my stuff in out of my hands and rudely telling me that I can’t have it. It’s a paper box, seriously! This is insane, I’m trying to better the only planet we have by reducing my carbon footprint and your employee can’t even let me walk out with a paper box! And this was also because the store was out of paper bags. We also asked to speak to a manager and were told they were too busy. This location really needs better training and management. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"I placed 2 orders for the drive up pickup on Sunday, and I received the notification from the app as well as by email that my orders were ready for pickup. I log in to the app to notify that I was on my way as requested by the app. Once I arrived, I logged on the app that I arrived and I was on space “4”. I received the 4 digit code to show the associate. I waited for more than an hour and nothing. I waited that long because I received a notice from the app that said that they were normally busy from 4 to 7 at that location and that they apologize. Once I noticed a lot of other customers that arrived way after me we’re getting their order fast, I got a little impatient and asked the associate if they knew when my order was going to be ready? The associate tried to pull up my order and he stated that there was no order for me and that I wasn’t even on their roster. I showed him that I received the 4 digit code to provide for my drive up order, and he said that was very weird because he didn’t see my order. The associate told me to wait and that he would check if it was on their “go backs” after he checked, he said my order wasn’t on go backs either. I log in to my emails, and I then receive an email from target that my order for who knows what reason was canceled. I was very upset at that point, as I waited for more than one hour for nothing. Just wasted my time, and since the order wasn’t on “go backs” I had to place ANOTHER order! So annoying. My best guess is that they most likely gave my order to someone else by mistake because when I logged in to order the same necklace (which was going to be a gift), it now showed as “No longer available”!"
