"The crew at the Velo is awsum. I take my bike there every time I need service. The turnaround time is amazing. I am new to mountain biking and the crew likes to take there time sharing their experience and advise. I always feel welcome and never pressured to make a purchase. On a few occasions I was looking for an upgrade. The crew was able to ask simple questions and present me with several options which would suite me best. This also included brands they do not carry. I will be buying a new mountain bike soon and I trust the Velo crew, I will buy it there. Thank you for everything you done to keep me motivated, moving and progressing."

They were great about making recommendations for additional gear, such as my bibs and shoes. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and always ready to answer all my [very novice] questions, which I appreciate very, very much. The shop is clean, well-organized, and ever-growing, offering up everything from assembled bikes to accessories to components to helmets, lights, and tires (oh my!)...the list keeps going.
