"Please stay as far away from this company as you can because the people in the office obviously don’t do their job. I had a prescription of something that I needed back in November and here it is March and they still haven’t brought it to me. So because of the new year I have to start my deductible again with my insurance so I will have to pay 100% cost for the equipment that I needed which I don’t think it’s fair considering it was there laziness and competent to do the job right."

"Honestly if I could give zero I would. This company is the absolute worst. You can never get through to order any kind of medical refills and if you do get through they hang up on you. The customer service reps are absolute monsters to deal with. And I hardly ever get my deliveries before 10pm at night."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst DME I have ever dealt with and I have worked in healthcare for years. Had nebulizer order sent over for my son in December which was 100% covered by our insurance since we were maxed out. Scheduled delivery for 12/29/23 rearranged my entire schedule to be home to sign for equipment. By 2pm they had not called so I reached out to reconfirm it would be delivered and was assured it would be by 4pm. Not only did they not show up or call to let me know it would not be arriving but now that it’s a new year with insurance benefits it’s no longer 100% covered by my insurance plan and will now owe out of pocket due to their error. They could of at least called Friday to let me know delivery driver would be unable to make it so I could pick it up with my 2023 insurance benefits. Avoid this dme company and have your prescription sent anywhere else.!!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with."

I get redirected to the automated line to leave a message and am ensured that I will receive a call back. Not one call returned. Don’t hold your breath for any assistance or to receive your equipment. There’s a reason every single person had left negative reviews…"

"Worst ever! Messed up our order. Had us wait all day and night for hospital bed, never came. You wait 40 mins on hold. Now discharged and no bed- they hang up on you and do not care. All other companies are not available to deliver same day. They had 4 days to get this completed. They are heartless and incompetent. Go anywhere else better to pay then deal with them. No bed, wheelchair or toilet and it’s Friday night."
