"Not going to this place again. 7 pm on a Thursday and no cashiers. Zero. Self check out only. Dozens of people with packed shopping carts, but not a single cashier. I flat out don't have time enough to shop here. The wait was unbelievable. Oh, and you gotta find your own cart in the parking lot. They don't stock them in the store anymore."

"I've come to this frys for almost a decade now, I didn't like the frys app at first but it definitely did make coupons east and worth it, that is until late 2023/2024. Now I visit this frys between 2-4:times a week. Today is March 12th, 2024, I can only remember one sing l e time this year I'm which one of my digital coupons was not missing from my total at the end of the transaction. However, of course, this one transaction had no items with corresponding coupons. These are almost always multiple dollars that should be removed, nearly never below $1, often $2-$3, and once $8. And very often, these coupons are the very reason I shop at frys. The entire system seems to be set up as a lure system combined with a bait and switch. The even worse part of this is I make sure they honor the coupon they promised me, leading to interactions in which I'm treated as if I was a swindler, to the occasional correct adding inches price of the coupon, to one employee out right fighting with me because she clearly didn't know how to read the receipt and insisting that the amount taken off for that weeks sale was the coupon, despite being completely different amounts, and when I told her no that's the stores sale,nit was not the coupon which is to be taken off, in addition to the sale. (This lady has had the biggest attitude towards everyone since this interaction, when I started to pay attention to her) I've had employees remove an item from my receipt in order to approximately match the coupons that were missing. And finally I was supposed to have something like 1.50 taken off the price of a 15 pack of mountain dew, the price of the mountain dew was infact changed to 1.50. My benefit, of course, but I am just blown away employees at frys, know absoluty nothing about how to work their self check out registers not the app nor even the difference between a sale and a coupon. For the love of God, train your people more and pay your people more, no customer should be more knowledgeable than the people who work there. P.s. managers are absolutely useless in these personal matters, as well"

"I've been to many Frys, and this one is by far the absolute worst. 4/5 times I was unable to find a shopping cart. Mind you, I never shop when it's the absolute busiest such as midnoon and weekends. The market itself makes you feel so claustrophobic with the isles small and tight. Limited options but the extremely bare minimum items. Produce is always questionable. Meat, forget it! Don't waste your time here. Go 2 miles down to Safeway, super large open isles and carts galore."

"I couldn't possibly give any higher rating. I called Penn who is the floral department manager and told her that I am in FL and trying to get flowers to my gf. I told her I needed a little help to make it special and she not only went out of her way but she gave me so much hope that there are people that really love making others feel good and share happiness. It really meant so much! Thanks Penn :)"

"This store is very clean and organised, excellent customer service. They are supplied with pretty much everything. If I am looking for something and the shelf is empty, I ask a Fry's employee and they go inside and bring it out for me. That is an outstanding customer service. The Deli department employees are super happy to help you. Cashiers are very friendly. I live close to another Fry's store but I rather drive a couple more miles and shop at this store. Thank you."
