"Can anyone get a hold of this place? After sitting on hold for 45 minutes the call just 'drops'.. this is to get medication I ran out of. Went to the pharmacy and they said they did not receive the request. My Dr's office has sent it again. Still waiting. Still just a waiting game on hold to see when the call decides to disconnect. Last month they weren't refilling my inhaler because they didn't have it in stock. A nice lady let me know my regular brand has been discontinued but the insurance companies are still covering the equivalent. After explaining this to the person on the phone at this CVS, he said they would have to get authorization from the insurance company. I had to ask him to run it and it immediately went through.. Since when should customers have to do someone's job, especially when it comes to medications??"
