"This place is GARBAGE. Literally every single time I have a prescription sent there, I have to call to get them to actually fill the prescription. Today my doctor called me in a prescription for an anti nausea medication because I am puking constantly because I’m pregnant. I called this pharmacy at 9AM and asked them to fill it (because they will sit on it for a week if I don’t) and they say it’s going to be ready between 2:30-3:00. I get there at 5:00, wait in line for 40 minutes, get to the counter and the lady said to come back in an hour because it’s not ready. I told her “you said it’d be ready at 3pm. She tells me “you don’t have to get angry” and walks off, comes back, and tells me it won’t be ready for 30 minutes. This place is such a joke. Thanks lady, I’ll just not be angry and continue living my life with my head in the toilet since your pharmacy can’t be bothered to do their jobs."

"Worse pharmacy EVER!!!!!! My prescriptions were called in LAST THURSDAY. I called in on Tuesday, they said they were going to push my scripts to priority. I was told they would be ready Tuesday by 3pm. I went in Wednesday , I figured I'd give them an extra day. Went in at 11am..they said they'll be ready by 3 yesterday. I came back today and THEY'RE STILL NOT READY!!!! Learn how to run your pharmacy. Only one tech one pharmacist and one cashier!!! People need their meds today not 7-10 later. So annoyed. They really deserve - 00000000. Don't take your prescriptions here. I'm changing pharmacies."

"We have gone here for at least 7yrs. My whole family has asthma and recurring monthly scripts. This place could never get insurance straight, refills would diminish without us filling them, and lately the staff has become rude and unknowledgeable. I have moved to Walgreens.UPDATE; this has not gotten any better. went for covid shots and were there an hr just waiting. no one in line. this pharm still sucks."

"I scheduled an appointment for my father to receive his second vaccine. When my father arrived they told him that they were only doing vaccines for the first dose. I wanted to speak to someone about the issues of the website and how it allowed me to go through and why they would not honor the appointment. I asked to speak to Kevin the pharmacist and they stated that I should call him through the pharmacy line. I called and was kept on hold for 31 min. The line kept being picked up and being placed on hold. I even spoke to someone and they put me back on hold. Then I was hung up on. I hope that through this medium I’m able to find an explanation and the company can speak to their website creators to let them know their is an issue w the website. This way the company doesn’t have elderly people dragged all over town in the middle of a pandemic."
