"This review is for the radiology side of the hospital. The scheduling is atrocious. They demand you show up 30 minutes early for an appointment but then you aren’t seen for your appointment for 30-60 minutes after your appointment time. Do better. There’s zero reason we should be left waiting with sick children. Appointment times need to be upheld. We would have better luck walking into urgent care at this rate."

"One of my children had surgery here recently. He received excellent care and we were treated so well. The hospital volunteers brought in a pet for my son to spend some time with before his procedure to calm his nerves. Which he loved. The facility was clean and the staff was amazing! I wish I had got the nurses name because they were so great! But above all that Dr. Curtis did a great job on my sons surgery. He was thorough and explained everything. I would definitely recommend this facility."

"Rude nurses it took them 10 hours to come tell me my 1 month old has the flu. Doctors in and out of the room . They took forever to explain anything . ER wasn't busy had maybe 2 families in the waiting room and it still took them forever . Not recommending this place to anyone And not coming back"

"The most amazing care, the most amazing staff. Patient care is number 1! Though insurance might be a pain, it’s not PCH’s fault. We were incredible thankful for the safe place to give us peace of mind! And the food!! Top tier! If we lived closer I would stop for lunch! Thanks to all who were involved in our care!"
