"Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I called in my mom’s meds on Saturday. Came to pick up meds on Monday and they didn’t have all her med ready. Called the doctor and they already sent into to pharmacy. I come back today 6 days later they said it was filled 2 days ago. I did not receive a call or text now I’m still sitting here waiting on them to fill my mom’s prescription. When calling they pick up and phone and just put you on automatic hold. This is terrible when people need their meds and the service is this bad. Once I pick up my mom’s meds today I’ll NEVER come back. I’ll be going to CVS from here on out. This is NOT how you treat customers!!!!!"

"I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the most outstanding services I received on behalf of Diego who works in the pharmacy. It was about a month ago that I was there to get several prescriptions and he provided phenomenal customer service, as he helped me look for the prescriptions I needed thru the Walgreens app to offer me additional discounts that were available. He was very patient and so knowledgeable when assisting me. Now days it almost feels like people are just on a rush to do their job, and won’t take the time and patience to really help you. Diego took the time to help me with a smile and gave the extra mile to make sure you everything was taken care for me. This store is very lucky to have people like Diego. "This pharmacy location discriminates or is very uneducated. They are with the bridge program for those without insurance that will cover for a Covid vaccine and this lady that worked there said right away no, they no longer do free Covid shots after calling a few different locations and even the CDC they even confirmed they still do and are with the bridge program."
