"Love this store, the customer service for returns are very friendly, they don't make you feel like a criminal for returning something. The cashier's are very quick and friendly, the store is always so clean, and the demo/ sample people always say my pleasure when you thank them and they are not crabby. Love it. Never have had an issue with running out of water or tp at the end of the day. Awesome experience everytime"

"We love Costco. We know they constantly relocate everything, so you have to walk the entire warehouse to find what you're looking for. The food sampling is the bomb if you're hungry. You'll also get to try something before buying."

"My family will be canceling all memberships after today. I wish I had looked at the employee name badges. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We left our 300$ order at the store because employees would not let us check out with my mother’s membership card (same last name). I explained to the employees that we were sent to go shopping for her because she is sick. We were treated very poorly by self check attendant and supervisor. Costco does not care about their customers or making sales."
