"Cvs needs all new pharmacy tech at the pharmacy on 40st and thunderbird cant keep my doctor scripts on file they keep taking them off my account and claim they never got them when ive dropped them off and usually after first pickup they disappear and my medication is my life or death and this pharmacy team could careless about anybody they all think its a joke had one laugh at me when i told him i needed my medicine"

Staff here sound like they just left high school, but - without the diploma. Not real bright & slow as hell for service. Don't ever shop here."

"My doctor's office and mail order prescription company both have let me down during this process when I'm trying to get my insulin refill mailed to me. There was mailing issues and both places are closed today and I am completely out of my insulin. I called this Pharmacy knowing very well they don't have any of my records on file. I explained my situation to the woman who answered asking her if there's anyway I can have a one time refill for just one insulin pen to hold me off and she wasn't able to do it without my records. But she did recommend that I go to a minute clinic to see a specialist who can send over the prescriptions to them that way. I was so grateful. She even recommended that I go online to schedule so that I didn't have to wait. She was right. I went online and scheduled and would have been waiting an hour and a half if she didn't help me. Whoever you are, Miss, I am beyond grateful for your help to a complete stranger."
