"Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Horrific wait times on the phone. Meds are NEVER ready when they should be. Staff is not friendly. Would rather pay cash for my prescriptions and fill somewhere else."

"Second review I’ve ever left in my life. One of the girls that works at this pharmacy is amazing and I really wish I knew her name. She has glasses and dark brown hair and maybe she’s in her 20s. I have no idea.. but she was super amazing and helpful last night 12/12/2022 around 6pm when I went to fill a prescription for my daughter and they didn’t have it. She helped me look for it and continued to call around for me while I was wandering around the city also looking for this antibiotic that was literally no where to be found. She was calling other walgreens pharmacy’s and then calling me back to keep me updated on which pharmacy’s she was checking. She went way out of her way with helping me and she didn’t have to. I really appreciate her. It was eventually found thankfully. I hope she gets all good things in life and I have no idea what kind of money she makes doing this job but she deserves more. It’s the little things. Most people aren’t the nicest these days so I appreciate the ones that are when they don’t have to be."

"I love this location, great staff. They are always prompt, kind and willing to help. In general, Walgreen's is super expensive and never have decent sales or coupons so I simply don't shop there. The pharmacy staff has always been excellent to me. They have no hesitance to reach out to your doctor or insurance company to get your needs met. I call, tell them my issue and it's either resolved or they advise me what I need to do next. Elaine, Krystin and Al are excellent people and employees! They always call to follow up on new medications. In my opinion, some of the issues I have read that make up the negative reviews are to no fault of the pharmacy itself."

"My feedback is from my retail experience. I don't usually frequent this location. The store is clean and modern. The ambience is nice and pleasant; unlike older Walgreens. Aisles are easy to navigate and most shelves are not higher than eye level. That's a plus because it's easier to search for products. During the holidays the store offers some nice inexpensive gifts. I like it. I've never had a bad experience shopping here."

"Update: Literally the most frustrating pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I'm a medical professional and I'm not exaggerating when I say about half the pharmacy employees are borderline incompetent. The other half are great, but it's definitely a gamble depending on who you get. Multiple times I've have had my medications filled with the wrong quantity or the wrong strength. Certainly double check it before you leave. Several times I've been called (or received a notification via the Walgreens app) stating my medication was ready, only to arrive and be told it'll be ready the next day, then to go back 24 hours later and be told we'll have it ready in a few hours.... and then for them to have the wrong insurance info (which I haven't changed in years). This is the only pharmacy I've ever drove away from physically angry about the poor service on several occasions. I'm not sure who is in charge of their pharmacy operations, but they could use some kind of motivation for positive change. I feel bad for the few good pharmacy employees. The store itself is clean and well kept. Employees are generally nice and pleasant."
