"I have to say that this place doesn't listen to you and continues to try and fill old prescriptions that have had the dosage changed. This has been a never-ending battle with them. In addition, they refuse to honor a drug manufacturer coupon that spells out exactly how the program works. Nevermind that they have honored it before but only after my physician called them directly and explained it to them. It feels like I am getting the run-around from them because they want me to pay $146 copay."
