"This Costco is a one-stop shop that has everything you would expect to find at a Costco, and then some. It's much bigger than other Costcos I've been to, and it has a wide selection of merchandise. The store is also very easy to get to, and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby if you want to make a day of it."

"Worst tire experience ever! Tire service center employees not helpful & no customer service skills. Flat in the morning, told me my tire was not in stock after I waited 3 hours! Was given 3 other Costcos with the least farthest being 30-40 minutes drive & turns out all 9 at that location were gone. Manager that helped me went out of his way & kudos to him. In the end, was told the tires I bought (4) on sale, that they are special order tires. IF I had been told that, I would not have bought them. What good is it if you get a flat tire? None will be in stock!! Why even put those type of tires on sale? It doesn't help customers in an emergency."

"I recently bought a PC on sale online but unfortunately it was defective. I went in thinking I could only return it but they all went above and beyond for me to get it replaced. The manager, cashiers, floor, and return staff were all super kind and did their best to help me. I wish I got names to put down specific people but they were all working at about 9am December 31st 2023. I hope they all have a wonderful new year."

"This was my first time to Costco since I was a young kid. I lived in AK and the nearest one was too far away to make it worthwhile. So, as a first-time time impression, I was absolutely floored by the overall experience. I could not believe how busy it was. But everything moved along very smoothly except for the occasional person not paying attention or rude Karen's thinking that the world evolves around them. I was impressed by the shear size of the place and the fact they have everything you need in bulk. The prices were very cheap compared to the Walmart we usually go to 3h outside of the valley. I didn't attempt to go to the gas station because I refuse to wait in line for more than 5 minutes for gas. The staff was super cool and very efficient at check out. The food court is out of this world good! I chose this location because it was a convenient stop from Las Vegas as we were heading through the valley and back to Eastern Arizona. Pulling off the freeway and trying to get over to Beardsley is a little tricky. Overall, I was delighted with everything. Can't wait to make another Costco run next month!"
