"Terrible Experience with Jacuzzi Tubs - Unreliable Installation and Poor Customer Service Be careful using their preferred vendors, specifically Jacuzzi. We trusted the Costco brand would take care of us and are still left hanging waiting on Jacuzzi to finish the install of our 20k shower. Rating: 1 star ⭐ Our experience with Jacuzzi Tubs has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were initially attracted to the promise of a one-day installation made by the salesman, but eight days later, we are still without a finished product and without a scheduled date to fix the broken parts that were installed. The installation team, despite being assured of completing the job in one day, took a full two days to finish. Shockingly, there was no inspection conducted, leaving us with a $20,000 shower that is riddled with issues. These issues include a leaking hose and a squishy floor pan – not exactly the quality one would expect from such a significant investment. Adding insult to injury, their finance person reached out promptly for the second half of the payment. However, we have yet to hear from anyone regarding scheduling a return visit to address the myriad of issues we have with the installation. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize payment collection over customer satisfaction. Despite our attempts to contact them, Jacuzzi Tubs has failed to respond, showing a complete lack of care for their customers. It's a stark contrast to the trust we placed in the Costco brand, only to be let down in the most disappointing way. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Jacuzzi Tubs for any home improvement needs. The broken promises, extended installation time, and lack of responsiveness have left us extremely disappointed and regretful of our decision to trust this brand. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable and customer-focused services."

"My partner and I stopped to grab a hot dog, and because the parking lot was full, I was dropped at the door while they found parking. Upon trying to enter the food court area my partner was asked for a membership card, which I had. Explaining to the employee that I had it, this employee (Melissa?) told my partner (who is black) "people like you do not belong in Costco." I'm so disappointed, I always loved this Costco, but I will not be returning."

"I’m a cosco guy now… it’s hard to beat what they got going on here. And great location. I come here all the times. Costco of course always has great deals and their customer service is top notch. It’s really true, one you go Costco you won’t go back!"

"Every Costco location has fresh quality foods and best prices in addition to great customer service but this location rates the lowest in my opinion. Staff including cashier's seem to be frustrated and upset. I never hear a thank at the end of a transaction and very rare get a smile. Customers treated as a herd of cattle in line. Oh and if you are disabled and need a scooter then never shop there on weekends because they don't have enough scooters to go around and they don't seem to really care."
