"BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. 3 covid booster and flu shot appts for noon. Pharmacy locked up at noon. Pharmacist shows up at 12:10, struggle with the lock for 20 minutes, then they can't remember their employee code to unlock the computer so they have to call corporate to change their employee code, then they could not process our insurance information for who knows what reason....so 3 HOURS later only one of us received a vaccination shot. Completely incompetent staff. Pharmacy tech said I had no empathy, she is right I have no empathy for supposed professionals who can't do their jobs correctly. CVS should close this location permanently."

"For the past 2 months, it’s been difficult to catch when the pharmacy is open. Their hours are posted at their location, yet they do not follow these hours. I’ve come in a bit after they’re supposed to be open, before lunch and in evening and I always see the gate closed and a handwritten sign saying, “closed today.” It was so frustrating that I started having my prescription shipped. Today, my doctors sent over 2 new prescriptions in the morning, I called at 4pm (Monday) to see if they’re open and the voice recording said closed. I called CVS’ Customer Service line to report this. I hope there will be a resolution. However, I am going to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere."

"I miss the days of these being Target Pharmacy being owned, operated and run by Target. Great staff, always on time with the meds, no issues and they had great medication bottles where you could see the medication type and dosage on the top and front with the cap being on the bottom with color coded bands to identify scripts for belonging to different members of the same household. The bottles CVS use are the cookie cutter type everyone uses. Cost effective but less friendly than the old Target ones. This location was constantly behind due to being understaffed thanks to CVS corporate. It's a dice throw as if it will be open or not these days after the WHOLE crew quit on a single day due to being overworked due to the understaffing. I'm not convinced if they've hired anyone for this location then lost them or just been unable to find folks to borrow from other locations. Took me almost a week to pick scripts because they were closed for days straight and were slow to fill items due to similar issues. I cannot recommend this location at all. I would have a hard time recommending CVS as a whole these days."

"I didn’t intend to have this CVS as my pharmacy, there is another CVS across the street that isn’t inside Target but I’m so happy my doctor made the mistake! The staff here is beyond kind and friendly, they’re always happy to answer all of my questions. Whenever my doctor calls in a new prescription, it’s ready same day and most of the time within the same hour. I’m so impressed with this location and don’t want to switch. They’ve also been kind to my daughter who didn’t have insurance for a moment and helped her find the best deal for her medication. They didn’t have to be so sweet, I appreciate that."
