"Usually very good but one of my last Rx took two weeks to fill. I had to call twice for status and even the last time we had to wait 30 minutes for it."

"Insanely long hold times after which being disconnected. Pharmacists that seem incompetent, or make it seem like it’s my fault when there is an insurance issue (that takes 2 seconds to fix in their system). If my insurance didn’t require Walgreens i would probably switch. This location has gotten exponentially worse over the last year."

"The drive-thru here is an absolute joke. It should NOT take 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of you. I waited even longer before. You’re doing a poor job management. Hire more technicians or perhaps take lead from how other Walgreens locations manage their drive-thru pharmacy fulfillment process."

"The pharmacy is very helpful when reaching out by phone. I ordered two prescriptions and proceeded to the drive-thru. After waiting 10 minutes in line with no activity in the car ahead, I decided, like several before me, to back out and try again another day."

"Walgreens at Tatum and Greenway is one of the best pharmacy’s out there! The leaves pharmacist/manager “Jake” is incredibly talented and caring. He has now given me three vaccinations over the course of the last three months and each one has been seamless, painless, and actually if you can believe it, enjoyable! Jake even double masks for me because I’m immuno suppressed. He’s truly amazing. Thank you so much for having such a great pharmacist/manager at this location.
