"Horrific experience today while trying to get my nausea medication. The pharmacy tech was rude to me from the get-go and then ACCUSED ME OF COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD!! It was ridiculous. I’m trying to get nausea medication for my chronic illness and the lady is yelling at me for no reason. She was rolling her eyes and had a horrible attitude. All she had to do was politely explain to me that that wasn’t allowed and that my doctor made a mistake. That’s it. I ended up walking away and not even getting my medication because she was being so rude. It’s Odansetron, lady. Not OxyContin. Calm down. Learn some patient etiquette."
