"This pharmacy continues to disappoint. Not sure why I have to remind them to fill my scripts, or which doctor to call and telling me they will have a script filled later in the day that doesn't happen. This time they told me they were out after telling me in the morning it will be filled. I have never had so much difficulty with a pharmacy. Though they have plenty of excuses."

"I received a notice to pick up my prescription on April 5. I went to pick it up on April 10 and then they said the prescription was put back because it wasn’t picked up in time and it only been five days so the girl said they could refill it, but it would take 45 minutes. I told her I didn’t have any more time to waste. I would sit over in the parking lot for 15 minutes and come back which I did and I came back and then a guy comes to the window and tells me they don’t have the medication that they would have to order it. Then he proceeded to tell me that the notice I received was a notice telling me they didn’t have the medicine. Well, that’s contrary to the truth because on my phone on my CVS app told me that the prescription was filled on the fifth, and I did indeed get a notice that it was ready and if that was the truth, why wasn’t it saying in process since the fifth ???? Neither one of the pharmacy associates looked like they could’ve cared less about what was happening and then he says well I will have to order tha.., so why are you just ordering it now on the 10th with no knowledge of when it might show up or when I might be able to pick it up ???and I have to drive 20 minutes to get to the pharmacy so that was a big waste of about an hour and a half of my time …. CVS screwed up and they should’ve owned up to it and try to remedy the situation instead just blew it off and showed no concern whatsoever… it was very aggravating."

"do not do business with CVS, especially this site. This pharmacy is involved in insurance fraud, and will bill your insurance company and then deny you your medication, then they pocket the money. The pharmacy employees are dishonest and unfriendly. The are incompetent at their jobs and will mess-up or lose you prescription. They are thieves and liars and should be in jail."
