"I spoke with an agent on March first to order four medications, I made my copayment for delivery on March seventh. I received three of my medications. When I called I was told my medication was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for another 30 days. These people do not care about their patients, they provided no alternatives. This medication is not one of the drugs that is in short supply. Do not use Optum."
"As a physician, I would like to warn customers against using Optum Rx. I tried obtaining medications for my mom and they mixed up the order on several occasions over a 2 week interval both online and on the phone. As a result my mom ran out of 2 of her medications and it became urgent to refill them immediately. I transferred her prescriptions to Saliba's and they delivered them the same day to her group home. I then had to resolve billing issues with Optum Rx. Bottom line, use Saliba's they are far superior for home delivery."
