"The people in the pharmacy are very nice and helpful every time I go. I did ask for help from the pharmacist. She never came to the window to answer my question. Everyone else nice."
"The very first associate that called me up when it was my turn was very polite very nice, I was kind of wondering why my prescription still had to be mixed even though I received two phone calls stating it was ready. When I asked for a consultation it took about five minutes for her to walk over the pharmacist. The pharmacist I dealt with was very rude very irritated I asked for a consultation was Speaking to me in a very “smart” tone. She then proceeded to say “I’ve never taken amoxicillin”. Mind you this was for my child I just wanted to make sure I was providing the right dosage. I then proceeded to tell her it was for my child she spoke over me very loudly again very irritated she had to assist with the consultation. in return I told her I hope you have a better day she then stated I doubt that, that’s not gonna happen. So overall my experience dealing with that pharmacist was very negative. Granted I understand companies are short staffed but everybody else seem to be polite and nice. For the exception of her."
