"There were three of us in line waiting. Four ladies talking about their ages and laughing while we stood there waiting. The gentleman in the front had been standing for 20 minutes while two people answered phones and one stayed at the window just waiting for cars to come."

"Rude & incompetent pharmacist & staff. They did not want to assist in transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens. I was told to find a different Pharmacy, then I was told it would take two weeks, then I was told it would take 72 hours. I called and prescriptions were not filled. I called after 2 weeks and they said the transfer was complete and asked me if I wanted them filled. I thought that was the point of getting them transferred. They said it would take two days to fill them. I went in to pick them up and they double filled one prescription and failed to fill three of them. I called to ask why they didn't fill the other three prescriptions and was scolded by staff. The woman said she had to restock all of my prescriptions and I should have picked them up sooner. I explained that the prescriptions were not filled and each time I called they said they were not filled. She blamed me for their incompetence. The pharmacy did not have my correct phone number which may have led to the complications. The staff is extremely rude and unfortunately the pharmacist is the pharmacy manager and the store manager has limited hours and capabilities. I was told to file my complaints with corporate because they would not be addressed at the store level. I had to transfer all my prescriptions to another CVS location."

"My daughter needed her medicine. They told me it would be about an hour until it’s done. Luckily, my husband looked online at their portal, and found that it is out of stock and won’t be able to fill it until tomorrow at 6pm at the earliest. I tried calling to see about switching it to another location and was on the phone for 57 minutes!! That is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, at about 12 minutes, a lady picked up the phone, and after me saying hello, she said hello and then told me to “hold on just a minute.” This location does not have good customer service, and they are always behind. It is difficult to get ahold of anyone to talk to them. I understand that they could be under staffed, but there has to be some solution to this problem. It has been going on for more years than before covid."

"THERE'S NO point in trying to phone the pharmacy unless you have all day to do so. BUT THERE'S ALSO no point in blaming the personnel for getting stuck in a work environment over which they have no control. The pharmacists are overwhelmed with orders every time I'm in there with the stupid p.a. system forever announcing how many calls are backed up. We're being trained by the media to be sick over everything from a hanging booger to a paper cut. And the USGov's abysmal response to this Covid BS has only exacerbated the problems of a society grown paranoid over the least little things. Pharmacists do a good job at CVS."
