"The staff here is extremely rude. They were not attentive when standing standing at the "drop off" window, then when I approached the the pick up eindow the pharmacist was very short with me and said there were no rx's for me. I explained the doctor's office was faxing the rx and she said that she put my updated insurance information in the system.and I then calked the doctors office and confirmed the rx was sent. Neither the pharmacy assistant nor thr pharmacist barely acnowledged me when I said the rx was sent via fax once again. There were no other people waiting or at the counter when this all took place. The pharmacist was very rude."
