"This CVS is the closest to our home. We have lived here for 23 years. What was once a clean, organized store with kind, professional employees has changed over the years. The employees at the front registers are nice enough. However the store is a mess. Empty shelves and a terrible selection of goods. I rarely bother anymore and simply prefer to order from Amazon. I am taking the time to write this because you MUST do something about your pharmacy. They are rude, slow and quite frankly not smart enough to be working in their positions. I have had many terrible experiences at this location. Medications are never ready when promised. Staff goes out of their way to make it known that they don't care. At my last visit I picked up two of my three medications (because although my doctor's office made note of an adequate alternate drug) your store couldn't complete the entire order making it so that I had to drive to a second pharmacy. The young woman at the drive through was fine during our initial interaction, once she passed my meds through the window she didn't make eye contact or say a word. I looked at the window and said \"Okay, is that it? Am I done?\" Finally she picked up her phone line and said \"yes\". It was lazy, rude and lacking simple social skills. I have had enough and will be changing to another pharmacy for all of my family prescriptions. Do better people. You look really bad. I'd be embarrassed to be any part of your company."
