"Lines inside always take FOREVER. Nobody knows how to answer a phone even at 9:30 AM!!! This place opens at 8. I don’t even know why this pharmacy is still in Business honestly, been coming here for the last 4 years and have had enough just trying to get my medication to live on a day-to-day basis when I can’t even get ahold of someone. Then always deny me in my medicine. Pretty pathetic. Don’t waste your time."

"My husband went to pick up prescription and was told it wasn’t at this pharmacy. I called her previous pharmacy and they said yes it was at 303 and Bell. When my husband went back to the pharmacist again advised it wasn’t there and he had to get the phone number for the other Safeway store from me for them to call and figure out how to fill the prescription. Miraculously they found it and he had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fill it. So for a trip that should’ve taken 20 minutes at most he was there for an hour and a half. This is unacceptable."

"I got there just before 4:00. By the time the girl waited on my it was ONE MINUTE AFTER FOUR!!!!! She would not give me a COVID shot because walk ins ended one minute prior to her waiting on me. I WAS THERE BEFORE 4:00. I told her I was driving down to Mexico today and was there ANY way they could do it. NO! Last time I give ANY business to Safeway or their pharmacy!!!!"
