"After my experience I should have read the reviews before telling my doctor this was my pharmacy. Horrible place. Was told in a text, email and by phone that my prescriptions were ready after 2pm. Drove down and walked inside. Lady says your prescription is stuck in the system. What does that even mean? I told my doctor to put my pharmacy as Costco now."

"Use another pharmacy!!! I’ve used their pharmacy for about a month now and I can’t deal with them anymore. It’s always a headache dealing them I’m not sure if they’re over worked or just not very good at what they do but they waste your time constantly. I get calls telling me prescriptions are ready when they’re not. It takes forever to get someone on the phone when you call the place. I think I have a few more grey hairs after dealing with this place please save yourself the headache don’t use them!"

"Walgreens has been my pharmacy for a long time but lately with pharmacy closures with no notice and 2-3 days before a prescription can be filled has made me switch to another pharmacy. It is not the employees there. I can see they are under trememdous stress and are totally overwhelmed. It is management/ corporate that is the problem. You need to took a hard look at what you are doing to your employees and your customers."

"I received an email that a prescription was too early to refill. The next day I'm notified that it has been refilled and insurance doesn't cover it because it is too early. I tried calling, but was disconnected after being on hold 15 minutes. Sunday I waited in the drive though 30 minutes to pick up other prescriptions. Worst customer service ever."
