CVS Pharmacy

"I came right from urgent care for a prescription and I knew it wouldn’t be ready yet but I live out near Buckeye/waddell with no pharmacies near me I can use with my insurance… so I was prepared to wait. I explained my situation and they had my prescription ready so fast and were really nice about the whole thing!"

"Very poor customer service. This pharmacy does not value the customers time. And has a do not care attitude. And blames the reason to constantly being understaffed because CVS doesn’t give them enough labor hours to have more people working!"

"Whoever gave this pharmacy a five star rating is probably getting paid by CVS. This pharmacy is horrible. I manage care for my grandmother who is in a memory care. She has Tricare insurance and CVS is basically the only approved pharmacy in the area. Every single time I call, I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes. The times I've been in to the store, the pharmacy isn't even that busy. I worked in pharmacies to put myself through college. I know the business, it shouldn't be like this. I would gladly manage everything online and avoid calling, but their online and mobile application sucks. They advertised home delivery, but the process couldn't be set up online. Now the app doesn't have a streamline process to add scripts to the cart. I still have call the pharmacy to get them to process payment and delivery."

"I never had to use a pharmacy and now that I am older and not healthy. I chose to have my prescription sent to CVS pharmacy, thinking it woukd be better then other pharmacies. So far they have disappointed in so many ways. The drive thru takes forever to get my prescriptions and when you finally get to the window I still have to wait for them. Something that should take no more than 5 minutes, takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Then when you call them over the phone, I am placed on hold for 8-10 minutes to be hung up on. When you finally are able to connect with someone they don't even apologize. All they tell you is we have it and it will be ready. The app also, I can't go straight into it. I have to log out and log back in because if you don't it gives you an error. When you check your meds on the app, it will tell you it's processing, or is out of stock and call them (to be hung up on), and you can't get an answer. I left negative feedback on their survey, and I am told the service is poor because it's flu season and they are over worked. Yet this has been happening for 2 years, year round. I need to find another pharmacy that cares about their customers, any suggestions???"
