Walmart Pharmacy 15431 West Greenway Road, Surprise, AZ 85374

"Where to start? From techs that do not know the difference between another pharmacy technician and a pharmacist. To techs that do not speak English, it gets frustrating. If you fill a prescription for any controlled substance they will ask you why you need it every month yes EVERY MONTH. Very slow service, out of medications a lot. Mess up the prescriptions that doctors send in all the time so double check it. My doctor did not understand how they kept messing up a prescription sent over electronically, it wasn’t easy but they did it."

"Normally get my prescriptions from the cvs across the street but their drive-thru is always closed and then I wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes. If I call they don’t pick up or leave you on hold. Called this Walmart pharmacy and they picked up immediately. Guy I spoke to was very polite and offered to call cvs to get my prescriptions transferred, walked me through their system and how it works. Easy and quick. Found my new pharmacy. Not usually a fan of Walmart but they did great. Much better than dealing with cvs and their constant staffing issues."

"I waited to do this review until I had gone to this pharmacy for a while. If you like the "small town" feel this is your place. The staff is so pleasant. Jenna helped me a couple of times. She is so very nice and cheerful Everytime I stop in."

"Pretty P.O.ed right now. Came to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that wasnt called in. Instead of trying to call the pharmacy that was supposed to have called them at 1230pm they decided to close and told me to wait from 130 to 200 for them to go to lunch and then another hour for them to fill the prescription. Im upset because i have my two sick kids and my daughter's breathing is getting worse so i need that medication!!!!! Thanks for nothing. I will find another pharmacy."
