"I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location but it seems to take an awful long time to get any meds. I can request refills on meds that I HAVE refills on and they won’t be ready for several days. My old pharmacy could fill a prescription very fast even with constant staffing issues and lastly, get a computer system at the pharmacy drive through so you don’t have to hand me 20 scraps of paper to sign."

"They don't fill your prescription unless you call or go in and ask if it is ready. Then they say it will be an hour (or more) to have it filled. Even if the prescription was sent to be filled 2+ days prior. I have never had a pharmacy not fill prescriptions unless asked to fill them. So strange!"

"I will admit that this pharmacy had some growing pains when they first opened but they have really stepped up their customer service. Jessica is the best, she always has a smile on her face and is eager to help. Thank you Jessica for your friendly service."

"Really disappointed with this pharmacy. I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy. I had 3 separate issues with this location never receiving my prescription requests. 3 Completely different doctors sent over 3 different prescriptions. This location never receives electronic or fax prescription requests. The first 2 times this happened, I assumed a fluke deal/honest mistake, but now this has happened 3 times. I should not have to call back and forth between doctor and pharmacy constantly for two requests/fax’s of prescriptions to be sent though to this location. It’s their lack at this point. Disappointed, because I had hopes for being in a great location. Now I am willing to drive elsewhere to never have to deal with these issues from them every single month."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! Nothing but rude! I tried to pick up last Friday they told me a hour so I shopped for a hour came back and they told me sorry not even written up yet it will be a hour….. so I left with my sick 2 year old that I waited with for a hour to try and get her medicine to make her feel better… we were back again today for a different medication today cause the first did not work for her and I waited a hour or more before even going to pick it up and yet still not ready I let the lady I believe her name was Tammy at the window what happened last time I was very nice but stern about it and she let me have it very unprofessional. Told me she very busy and there is 67 other people ahead of me and that it will be more than a hour. So I left very unhappy. I get home 15-20 minutes later I get a text it’s ready! Are you KIDDING ME! Will not use this pharmacy again after I pick up again today if it’s actually ready this time. So unprofessional and plain out rude. Do not recommend"
