Fry's Pharmacy

"Absolutely the worst place to get medicine refilled... The pharmacy staff are moody and unpleasant. Had to walk in because they didn't want to open the drive through during regular posted hours. Just go somewhere else don't give these people your money."

"This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Arizona they are always out of meds you have to call them so they will start your fill even though they have had the script for five days. They are rude and if you live any distance from them which I do they will have you make as many trips to them as they can. Go to Costco people they are friendly and they do people over paper work because they care"

"Dr sent my prescription to the wrong Frys and then Frys transferred it to different Frys by accident. The pharmacist at this store was unhelpful with the transfer despite the other store trying to help with the transfer. Deborah was not able to help with the transfer. Overall, it was a frustrating situation because I was told it would be ready at this store after going to the other store earlier in the day. I gave up and I’ll drive back 20 miles to a store that will help me."

"I hate this Pharmacy. They do not call when the prescription is in. They always...always seem to be closed. They will slam the gate shut on you to take their lunch . The last time I went in they were very rude. I was picking up a medication for my dog and gave them my information. They said they had nothing for me. I told them I was picking it up for my dog so would it be under my dogs name. The woman who wasn't helping me chimed in that of course it would be under the dogs name otherwise it would be a person taking a dogs prescription. I said I was sorry I wasn't sure since my dog neither has a phone number or an ID to pick it up, I assumed it would be under my name. I guess that's why they didn't call to tell me it was ready, my dog didn't have a phone number. This woman, I'm assuming is the pharmacist is horribly rude this isn't the first time but will be the last because we will no longer go here."
