"Yesterday, the service here was awful and I won't be returning. We got there pretty early yesterday when it wasn't too busy, and yet we were ignored for over 20 minutes before one of them to take my order. Finally, I'm able to open a tab, but when I return, they try to tell me that they don't have my card. After going back and forth with the bartender, she goes back and finds my card, as they had closed my tab without asking. At first, I wasn't too mad because mistakes happen. However, I made the mistake of opening another tab. So when I went back to close my tab, they not only lost my card again, but two of the bartenders got confrontational with me saying they already gave it back to me. After explaining that I had opened another tab, they tried to gaslight me into thinking they gave it back. Finally, they went back and found my card, after fighting me every step there. Tldr: Service took forever despite it not being busy, bartenders lost my card twice and tried to gaslight me by saying they gave it back."
