"I strongly suggest you do not get delivery from this restaurant. I have ordered 4 times and they got it wrong 3 times. Spoke to the manager on duty today Nicole. A total dimwit who has absolutely no idea what customer service and accountability is. Blame Grubhub blame the new kitchen staff. Can I have a credit? No call Grubhub Well I already called grub hub I already told you I will speak to the kitchen staff. I can’t understand why your upset because we forgot utensils and gave you ranch instead of honey mustard?? Well? Let’s see . I spent 32 dollars and the salad was wrong. I asked for utensils maybe because I didn’t have any ???! And everything does matter. It’s not based on your perception it’s based on the person eating your food moron!!!! It’s called customer service and oh BTW it happened a 6 weeks ago too. Maybe that should matter to you and your business I will never ever order from your restaurant again and will tell every person I know this history with these people. Ever wonder why you have employees not doing their job correctly? Here’s the answer almost every single time. Poor management hiring them and training them Smarten up owners"

"Used to really enjoy coming here with family and friends. Past several years noticed food and service has been going downhill. Didn't realize it was under new ownership until recently. Son still goes there frequently to be with his friends. Owner confiscated his ID and wouldn't return it after supposedly validating it but still claiming it was fake. This is his drivers license, which puts him in a bad position until he could retrieve it from the police when they open after the weekend, assuming the owner would give it to them in a reasonable time. So instead of waiting and hoping, we called the local police who said business owner has right to do so and that they don't typically come out, but did anyway because of how respectful he was on the phone (their words). The two policemen that arrived were professional and polite, talked to the owner, and were able to retrieve son's ID. So much for the theory of it being fake, which is a crime in AZ. Needless to say, won't be going back, owner is too unhinged. So many other places that are family friendly, have pool tables, good food, karaoke, and better management."

"Went with some coworkers after a particularly goofy shift. Waitress was awesome at getting our order but at times seemed to forget we were at a table, as drink refills weren't fast but I really can't complain too much for a pretty busy Saturday night. Food was good I got a Monte Cristo sandwich. Should've gotten wings but for a bar it was solid. Coworker got chicken parm sliders which he said were absolutely killer, and they indeed looked it. Even got to watch the owner rightfully go off on some drunk buffoon that was destroying some promo material. She's very pretty and doesn't take anything from anyone, would hate to be on her bad side. Overall the pricing was fair considering we all had a few drinks. Would definitely recommend going on karaoke night to have a real good time. Just don't destroy bar property and you'll be fine."
