"I’m shocked at how disrespectful and rude this child care worker is. I have never encountered such a rude person. She made negative statements about my car, my finances, my child. She accused me of lying on several occasions. My daughter enjoyed her time here besides the times Ms.Trina put her in the living room alone because she wasn’t tired enough for a nap or when Ms.Trina slapped her hand. I have never met another child care “professional” who was as Un-professional as Trina. When I finally confronted her about her attitude she started screaming at me and tried to make me sign a letter unenrolling my daughter. If I would’ve known she slapped my daughters hand the same day, I would’ve filed a complaint with the state. She also makes the children sit in front of the bathroom while another child goes potty with the door wide open(My 4year old was very frightened and described a boys privates to me because of this) She gives the children an exorbitant amount of homework, this caused my daughter to hate homework at a very early age. I am still shocked at how I was treated by this child care worker. The worst customer service I have ever experienced."
"Trina is extremely conscientious and truly loves what she does. She is educated and certified in the best practices for babies and young children. During the time our son was at Trina's, from ages one to five, he was always excited to be there. From educational activities, to art, music and holiday celebrations, our son loved them all. Even better, Trina and her family truly treated us like family. It was so reassuring to know that our son was in such capable and loving hands every day."
"I can not say enough about Trina. I began bringing my daughter when she was about a year old and stayed with Trina until she went off to kindergarten. Trina provided a safe and loving environment for our daughter. The daily communication was above and beyond and yearly conferences to go over growth and learning of our daughter.
