Barro's Pizza

"Once again, the lemon pepper wings were overcooked. Look at the picture, yummy right? That's a negative sir. Called and talked to the manager, who attempts to cover his butt and shifts the subject to, "The wings have to be cooked to a certain degree, so nobody gets sick", No Shhh. That doesn't mean you suck the life out of them. Done with Barros on Dove Valley. What's wrong with just being honest, take the L and make it right for the customer? Not ALL the Barros Pizza locations are like this though. Hasta."

"We ordered a Large Pizza with one Topping and 12set of chicken wings for carry out. When we arrived to Barros they told us that they were no longer honoring this gift certificate. When I asked why, they told me they just stopped in February. They offered me a 25% discount for the pizza instead of covering it like the gift certificate states. This is one of my first experiences with Barros due to it being the only pizza place close by. It will probably be my last. Watch out for the bait-n-switch!"

"One of the best pizza where you can build your own pizza with your choice of toppings. They have variety of toppings and sizes. Not all pizza places have best vegetarian pizza option but this one has. There is still room to reduce topping price which is 1.75$ each currently"

"I called in my order an hour ahead of time to be be ready at a specific time so I could make it to a dinner party with friends. Two extra large specialty pizzas and three orders of wing. When I got there, the pizzas were both ready but she said it would be another moment for the wings. It was clear after another 10 minutes went by that the problem was they must not have ever dropped my wings into the fryer. But the cashier did not say anything or apologize she just played it off, All while my pizza sat there on the counter the entire time getting cold. Not a good experience for a $86 order. (And just to clarify... its not the 10 minute wait I care about... its the honesty factor of forgetting to cook my food and playing it off as nothing)"

"This place was delicious! We got a mini of the white pizza, and honestly it says 4 slices, but it's really 6 and plenty to share between two people who aren't famished, especially with their traditional thick crust. We also got a large of the Hawaiian, replacing the chicken with mushrooms, and it was pretty sweet, but also delectable and lasted a while. Took it to a festival and it was the perfect addition to enjoying live music. Their crust as mentioned is thick, but crispy on the outside while achieving that fluffy and flavorful inside. It's perfectly seasoned, the sauces are all great and at perfect balance. We had several people at the festival jokingly try to steal our box, saying it's their favorite, and now we get it!"
