"I usually hate going to Starbucks (nothing against them but I get overwhelemed on ordering) this one barista forgot her name ah but she's young black confident took charge on the order. She was so helpful she created my own drink based on flavor preference, I have never had an experience like this before. Will actually come back. Plus I was having a bad day and her interaction was genuine and makes me hopeful about humanity. She did not have to go out of her way and offered alternatives and personally made the drink and actually was excited to do so. Very impressed by her and had a positive aura!"
